Not to state the obvious, but I just wanted to remind everyone to breathe air. I watched a video by our friend Jeff Cavaliere and he says that most people go through their days suffocated to one extent or another. This can make you feel fatigued. Breathing air also simply clears out your system. He says that you should fill your lungs with air as the first thing you do when you get up in the morning, and then, of course, throughout the day. It's hard because this isn't something you think about a lot, except for when you get out of breath, and if you're not particularly out of breath, then it's easy to forget about it. Well, I, Professor Fate, do keep breathing throughout the day. Virtually every time I walk, I breathe.

Thanks, for reminding us, mikey. Breathing air isn't something you think about and I often find myself forgetting to breathe. This can sometimes lead to fatigue.

Become a super hero by mega blasting your breathing muscles . Along with deep breathing include "deep" exhalations

Thinman I do have the Atlas course and that does make sense. Well I've been doing coastal breathing so I guess I have been doing the wrong kind of breathing. Back to the drawling board. I guess I have to find all these Jeff Caviler videos to figure this stuff out, .
